Bdbig Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Use

01 General Provisions

Bdbig is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bdbig ("we", "us", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "Member").

By accessing bdbig through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. In the event of changes, we will send a notification to your registered email and display the updated date on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and play on bdbig, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Providing false information during registration gives bdbig the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may only open one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Your account password must be kept confidential, and you may not allow third parties to access your account.
• You will be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Bdbig reserves the right to reject any account registration application for any reason. If it is later found that false information was provided at the time of registration, appropriate legal action may be taken.

03 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Bdbig regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses apply to one account only; attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Some games do not contribute fully toward bonus wagering — see the bonus page for details.
• Bdbig reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on bdbig must be made through the designated payment methods. We currently support Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and select banking channels. Please visit the Payment section of your dashboard for the latest payment information.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals over BDT 10,000 cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Payments to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bdbig reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests as needed. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws is a legal obligation for bdbig.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on bdbig are conducted fairly and transparently. Our games use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly verified by independent auditors.

• Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to network issues, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed server status.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or errors will be considered void.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, please notify the support team immediately.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games.

If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game, bdbig will review the server logs and game history to reach a final decision. This decision is binding on all parties.

06 Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates the bdbig Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Colluding or conspiring with others to cheat against other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Registering an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Using deliberate strategies for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

Bdbig takes the security of your personal information seriously. We use SSL encryption and advanced data protection technology. Your information is never sold to any third party.

However, information may be shared due to legal obligations in the following circumstances:

• In response to a valid request from a law enforcement authority.
• As required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• In accordance with a court order.

08 Responsible Gaming

Bdbig views responsible gaming not just as a rule, but as an ethical commitment. We want every Member to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of addiction or financial hardship.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion option can be used to take a temporary or permanent break.
• Session time limit settings are available from the dashboard.
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdbig may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• For breaching any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification is not completed, or if false information is provided.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before account closure, unless the balance is forfeited due to fraud or a terms violation. A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts.

10 Terms Changes & Dispute Resolution

Bdbig reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address at least 7 days in advance.

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.
